Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.<br />

Untar uma forma com manteiga (usei uma forma de silicone)<br />
Aquecer o leite até ficar morno, juntar a baunilha e reservar.<br />
Juntar o fermento à farinha e reservar também.<br />
Bater a manteiga amolecida com o açúcar até obter uma mistura cremosa.<br />
Misturar o leite forno com a farinha, alternadamente. </div>

Começar por misturar na massa 1/3 da farinha. </div>

Juntar depois o leite e integrar, seguido de mais 1/3 de farinha, o restante leite e por fim a última parte de farinha.<br />
Bater as claras em castelo e envolver delicadamente na massa. </div>

Colocar a massa na forma e levar ao forno cerca de 40 minutos até o palito sair seco ao teste.<br />
Deixar arrefecer e desenformar.<br />
Depois de completamente frio regar com uma calda de açúcar com limão (opcional)<br />
