Para fazer esta delicia, basta uns minutos, zás-trás-pás......sem complicações.......
4 ovos
300g de açúcar
150 g de farinha sem fermento
200 ml natas
raspa de 1 limão
500 ml de leite
Pré aquecer o forno a 180º.
Untar uma tarteira e polvilhar com farinha.
Bater o açúcar com os ovos.
Juntar a farinha e a raspa de limão e envolver.
Por fim adicionar as natas e voltar a mexer até ficar tudo bem incorporado.
Verter para a tarteira e levar ao forno durante 30 mns , até ficar cozida.
Retirar do forno , deixar arrefecer e servir fria.
